This is my day:

If its a school day for Mason which is only three days a week right now:

7:00 mama wakes up gets the coffee on because without that daddy is def not getting up.

7:30 start waking Mason up yes i said start, it takes him a good 15 min to wake up. We started saying that we are going to race in the morning that is the only way i can wake him up anymore. And daddy is getting up at this time too. Get everyone dressed breakfast ready coffee made.

8:00 Daddy is saying goodbye to us, we are getting ready to leave for school.

8:10 Usually out the door right now. Go to school drop him off by 8:30.

8:45 headed home or to groceries or fun shopping for mommy which could include thrifting or anything fun. Go home at some point and start cleaning, do laundry, whatever needs to be done at home before i get Mason.

1:00 leave to go get Mason. Then go home. Probably clean some more. My house always seems to be a mess no matter how often i clean. I guess thats what two kids will do.

7:15 or around there is dinner time.
Then put the kddies to bed and realx with the hubs.

yummy!!

We went to a wedding this past weekend, and we had a great time. This is the evidence from our midnight snack. Not exactly very healthy or figure friendly but what can you do when all there is are vending machines everywhere. Dippin dots were definietly mine i snagged those real quick. Rob pretty much ate everything else, except we shared the bugles. Rob trying to be a hand model not so much babe.

Scrapbooking.

I know i know i said it would'nt happen, i said i would'nt end up like all the other people who have two kids and don't start scrapbooking for them right away like you do with the first. But i have ended up like them. It is so hard to do. Just to find the time to do it is so hard. Not to mention that wonderful little baby i had just a couple of months ago has now occupied what was once my craft room. So where am i supposed to do it all? I need my own space to do it, i need somewhere i can leave a mess out if i don't finish a project. But i guess i'll have to wait for that for now. Maybe i can get Mason to share his play room with his mama.

Soccer Time. GOAL!!!

Soccer has begun. Mason had his first soccer game the other night and it was so cute. They won 4-3, but it was so cute they were all running in a big mushy ball of kids all trying to get the ball. Even if they were on the same team they didn't care they wanted to steal that ball as much as they could. Mason had a slow start to the night, he didn't want to play at first but he slowly got into it. Rob the coach put Mason in as the goalie, and he did a real god job, he stopped a couple of balls from going in. But there was this girl on the other team that was insanely good at soccer, (and i don't care what the coach says there is no way she was 5 years old) anyways she kicked that ball so hard, Mason went to stop it and it hit him in the face. Poor thing started crying like crazy. I felt so bad for him but he wanted to go back out and play some more. They did really good. I love seeing him be so into the game.

A new project!

This is my newest project i'm starting. I got this type case at a flea market in montreal when my mom and i went there to visit family. Although i bought this a while back i just got my hands on it when my aunt and uncle went to the cabin with my parents. So i was so excited when they brought it back for me, because i have big plans for it. I got the idea for this on a blog that i love to read daily. It is just my favorite kind of decor it mixes the whole old vintage style with family pictures which i put up everywhere in this house. It is going to be great when i finish it i hope.

Hey Cousin

The boys hanging out. Mason loves his cousins so much. Avalea was in a bad mood, so she did'nt want to be in pictures. I really wanted to get all four of them in a picture, but what can you do when a girl is having a bad day. Logan and Cade are so wonderful with Mason. We love them so much.

Mason's 4th Birthday

We had so much fun for Mason's birthday. He got so many great gifts, but now i have to do a major clean of the play room. There is no room for anything in there. But who cares seeing his face when he opens present is so funny. He gets so excited about everything. This weekend made me realize how great our family and friends are. We are so lucky to have all these people in our lives.

The new Obsession

Mason loves playing on the computer. I have to beg him to let me use it. He knows exactly where he goes on the websites to find his games, he is so funny. "Mommy can i play noggin.com" is what he says. I love that he throws in the .com. Only kids these days have this kind of lingo. At least they are mostly learning games so i don't feel so quilty letting him play. I'm sure in a couple of months he will be teaching me things on the computer.

Garden Take 2

This is our second attempt at our garden. The first one Emma got into and ruined it, so hopefully this one is better planned. I have been wanting to start a garden for forever, and rob and i finally did it. Now we have to wait and see if its going to grow. God knows i don't have a green thumb so we'll see.

The Room II

More pics of the babies room. It is probably my favorite room in the house. I'm totally into the old looking vintage furniture and decor, and i'm slowly spreading throughout the house. Masons room is next, i found a really cool desk for him and it looks great in his room. I'll share some pictures of that once i'm done.

Daddy can I play?!?

Mason is so into sports right now. In August he starts playing soccer, and he really talks about it every day. So Rob started playing softball a couple of months ago, and we cannot miss a game because mason will go nuts. He loves watching Rob play. So we went one night a little early so that Mason could go run on the field with them before they started. It is all of our friends that play together so no one cares. He ran all the way out to the fence and back a couple of times i just could'nt believe how much energy he had. He has to sit in the dugout with them everytime, it is so cute. He will absolutley love soccer when he starts i can't wait.

4th of July Fun

It always seems to rain on the fourth so this year were hoping it stays dry, dry enough to go watch the fireworks. We'll see, we decided to have bunch of our friends over and just relax and hang together. It seems like the days and weeks are going by so fast that's its nice to just relax with friends and have fun. If it wasn't so hot here it would be even better, but we'll deal. This is Coles first fourth, not that he cares, but its his first holiday he will be celebrating with us, so thats exciting. Last year Mason was not to fond of the fireworks, he got really scared from the noise, but once they were exploding in the air he could not take his eyes off of them. This year he was all about the fireworks, i think its a boy thing. Even at this early age its amazing to them. We got a gazebo for the backyard so it was nice to be outside in the shade. I have been wanting one of these things forever and finally we got it. So i hope everyone had a great holiday.

Father's Day Lovin

We had a great day yesterday. We just kind of hung around home for the most part, after a nice breakfast at robs parents house. Nice relaxing day. Mason woke up itching to give daddy his gift (which was a couple of candy bars tied together),but he couldn't wait. And of course we had to let daddy sleep in. So at some point i said ok lets go wake up daddy, and he could not be more excited. He ran into our room and yelled out "happy fathers day" quickly followed with "what's a father"? Daddy is the word around here so i told him it was another word for that and he said "no i like daddy better" so we had a greats Daddys day instead.

Baby Time.

Well baby is finally here. Cole Emeric White 8lbs 6oz 20inches. We are so happy that he is finally here. He has been a great baby so far. Sleeps great, eats great, and is just a very calm baby. Mason absolutely loves his baby brother, he is very helpful with everything that has to be done to take care of him. He loves feeding him and trying to make him laugh with his funny faces, and even helps me change his diapers. It is just wonderful having my family complete, we have two wonderful boys and i'm so happy.

The Countdown has Begun.

Tomorrow is exactly one week from when my little guy will be here. We are so excited to meet him. Mason looked exactly like Rob when he came out so we are very interested to see what this one will look like. We have everything ready at home and i'm hoping that i wont have to be in the hospital for very long. While its nice to have the help from the nurses, it is even better to be home and have help from family.

Happy Mothers Day!

What a wonderful day i had. Got to sleep in a little bit, not that i ever sleep in but it was nice to just take my time. Then my wonderfull husband and son made me a very yummy breakfast. I ate it all no problem.

Doesn't it look great, blueberry pancakes with strawberries and fresh whipped cream. After this we were all so full we kind of just took it easy and hung around home, it was great relaxing day. Hope all the moms out there had a great day.

The room!

So i didnt have a theme in mind when i decided to start buying things for Coles room, but then i realized that i didnt need a theme, that i could just do whatever i want. So thats what i did. Most of the things i bought for his room i got at thrift stores or antique fairs. I love the look of old things so thats what i went with. Of course the crib was Masons old one, and the curtains were hand made by me of course.

I got those shutters at an antique fair and painted them, and the print on the wall that says his name i got on this awesome website called etsy. Everything on this site is handmade its great. Also the blanket hanging on the crib i made for the baby. I have been really into sewing lately i also made a blanket for Mason which he loves.

That tall shelf i also got at the same antique fair, and the baby scale on top. I went there knowing that i wanted to find a baby scale and i couldnt believe this was the only one i saw all day, so glad i got it. On the other wall is the changing table just on top of robs old dresser which worked out perfect. I love his room, it is exactly what i wanted it to be. I hope everyone is doing good. My due date is changed to the 26th, so hopefully they dont change it again. Talk to everyone soon.
